IntentOS™
IntentOS™ is the intent-scoring module inside ShiFt NeuralOS™. It evaluates buyer signals to distinguish genuine demand from noise, so the system prioritizes real intent before triggering an instant response. Speed is applied to qualified intent rather than to every inbound contact indiscriminately.

In depth
Why does intent scoring matter before responding?
Responding fast only helps once real intent exists. Reacting instantly to low-quality signals wastes the response capacity you need to reach the buyers who matter. A contractor who answers every web form within 30 seconds gains nothing if half those forms are from renters, out-of-area callers, and repeat solicitations. The speed advantage only compounds when applied to buyers who are genuinely positioned to proceed.
IntentOS™ makes that distinction before any human or automated resource is committed. Speed is applied where it converts, not uniformly across all volume.
What signals does IntentOS™ evaluate?
IntentOS™ evaluates inbound signals across several dimensions: service-area match (is the buyer located in a geography the business serves?); authority signals (does the contact indicate decision-making authority?); project specificity (vague enquiries score differently from specific ones with clear urgency or timeline); channel and timing (the channel, time of day, and urgency language all contribute); and historical patterns (for businesses with established datasets, IntentOS™ learns which signal patterns have historically produced closed revenue).
IntentOS™ scores intent first, then routes qualified buyers into the instant-response and follow-up workflow that runs across ShiFt NeuralOS™ - the speed advantage applied where it actually converts.
